NFL Extra Points Credit Card Moves to American Express Network
American Express and Bread Financial have launched the NFL Extra Points Credit Card program on the American Express Network, with Bread Financial continuing as the issuer and 18 NFL teams launching cards on the network.

- The NFL Extra Points Credit Card program has launched on the American Express Network, giving cardholders access to American Express Network benefits, offers, experiences and protections. Bread Financial continues as the issuer of the program.
- 18 NFL teams have launched cards on the American Express Network as part of the move, with the NFL and Bread Financial also introducing refreshed card designs across the team lineup. The launch builds on the multi-year global partnership announced between American Express and the NFL, with American Express serving as the NFL’s Official Payments Partner beginning with the 2026 season.

- The NFL Extra Points American Express Credit Card offers 3% in rewards on qualifying NFL and NFL team purchases, 2% on grocery stores, food delivery, restaurants, gyms and sporting goods stores, and 1% on other purchases. Cardholders can redeem points for cash back, NFL tickets, merchandise, gift cards and exclusive experiences.
- Other card benefits include a $100 cash-back welcome bonus after spending $500 outside of NFL purchases within the first 90 days, no annual fee, 25% off qualifying NFLShop.com purchases, exclusive NFL tickets and experiences, and special financing on qualifying NFL ticket purchases of $250 or more.
- Through the American Express Network, eligible cardholders also receive access to Amex Offers, Amex Experiences, ticket presales, venue perks, travel and lifestyle benefits and protections.

- The cards are issued by Comenity Capital Bank pursuant to a license from American Express, while Bread Financial continues to provide the issuing relationship for the program.
