JPMorganChase becomes Miami HEAT’s Official Financial Services Partner
JPMorgan Chase entered a multi-year partnership with the Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center, becoming the Official Financial Services Partner and bringing new benefits, arena experiences and community programmes to fans.

- JPMorganChase has become the Official Financial Services Partner of the Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center through a new multi-year partnership. The bank will bring new perks and enhanced experiences to HEAT fans at games and online, building on its presence in South Florida, where it has more than 3,000 local employees and 2.4 million customers.
- Chase cardholders will receive exclusive fan benefits, including early access to tickets and merchandise, free shipping on retail purchases, and savings at Kaseya Center. Eligible cardholders will receive $20 off every $100 spent, $5 off every $30 at concession stands, plus access to a dedicated arena entrance.
- George Acevedo, South Divisional Director of Consumer Banking at JPMorganChase, said: “JPMorganChase is proud to partner with the Miami HEAT, one of the most culturally influential organizations in sports and a defining part of Miami’s global identity.” He added that the partnership will create new ways for customers and fans to connect with the HEAT through premium experiences, hospitality and benefits.
- The partnership will also introduce branded enhancements at Kaseya Center and community activations focused on local youth, financial literacy and economic opportunity across South Florida. The announcement does not specify the exact format or timing of these programmes.
- The partnership will begin with an activation at two Chase bank locations in Miami on August 13, featuring HEAT Legend Glen Rice, mascot Burnie, the Miami HEAT Dancers and the Hoop Troop.
